All proposals welcome, and we invite submissions regarding Black couples and family counseling, parenting, LGBT, addictions, grief, trauma, and culturally-relevant treatment approaches.

Call for Awards Nominations
LifeSkills Counseling & Consulting Group wishes to honor outstanding practitioners with three of its prestigious awards:
Distinguished Practitioner of the Year: This award recognizes meritorious and exemplary service as a counselor. The nominee should be a trailblazer and demonstrates commitment to improving outcomes in the Black community.
Mental Health Advocate of the Year: This award is designed to honor a community member who works to bring awareness to mental illness, reduce barriers for those who are mentally ill, and improve mental wellness.
Ethel L. Wallace Scholarship: This scholarship is awarded to a Black graduate student who demonstrates academic excellence, community service, and leadership.
